Mission Statement

The American European Greyhound Alliance, Inc. (AEGA )is a non-profit corporation dedicated solely to the welfare of Greyhounds in the United States and abroad. The American-European Greyhound Alliance, Inc. accomplishes its mission through active and on-going:

• monitoring of existing and proposed racing venues,
• liaising with racing industry and adoption groups,
• providing an effective source of collection and dissemination of accurate information, and education to the public.

Our I.R.S. non-profit identification number is 04-3490964 and your contribution is tax-deductible. You can assist us in our work by making a financial contribution or a donation of needed supplies.

Promoting Greyhound Adoption

We promote information about the suitability of the Greyhound as an adopted companion animal. AEGA, Inc. maintains and rehabilitates several Greyhounds at a time in the United States and Europe. These can be dogs with special needs, i.e. broken legs, medical problems, etc.

The goal is to get them ready for adoption
