This poor greyhound was saved from
Death at the Wexford Dog Pound. Mary Organ took her into her home in
Dungarvan as she was not well enough to make the trip to Limerick. She
had nine black pups last evening. I cannot believe it. We had hoped
for a litter with beautiful colours. However, I think in this case
black is beautiful. It is a consolation in the midst of so much death
and destruction. Marion.
