Today we have rescued five galgos from a well 30
meters deep. Fortunately they donīt have serious wounds, only some. The
rescue has been very difficult and you can guess from the pictures, the
smelling there was awful. I am absolutely sure that many galgos had died
there. We received a phone call from somebody, just by coincidence he heard
the dogs because when he was passing close to the well his car lost a
piece so instead of leaving it there he decided to throw to the well and
then the dogs started to scream. Today with the fire people we were able
to rescue them; they all have tattoos and by coincidence, a young man
passed when we were there and just by coincidence half an hour later he
reported that his galgos were stolen. Too many coincidences, donīt you
think? So, we will see now what the guardia civil is going to do.
